Current statutes
The following links provide access to the California Codes that include statutes pertaining to alcohol and other drugs and problem gambling. Selecting a code will take you the table of contents for that code, maintained by the Legislative Counsel, which links directly to the various sections. The Fair Political Practices Commission’s (FPPC) Regulation 18944.2 requires all State Agencies to report gifts received by Agencies to the FPPC. Gifts must be reported by completing and submitting Form 801 within 30 days of the use of such gifts. The Form 801 indicates information such as donor, payment information as well as the nature of the gift(s) i.e., payment for travel, training, meals, etc. The FPPC also requires State Agencies to post the completed Form 801 to their respective websites.
